Recently, a new client reached out to us seeking solutions for a recurring issue with their skincare packaging. The client reported that their existing Skincare Tubes became dirty and sticky over time. Upon analyzing the sample provided, our team identified that the client had been using double-layer tubes, and considering the nature of their product – a highly oily formulation containing concentrated plant essential oils for nipple care – we hypothesized that oil molecules were likely permeating through the tube's outer wall.
To confirm our analysis, we asked the client to review the past order records, which indeed showed consistent use of double-layer Skincare Tubes. Based on our findings, we proposed a practical solution: conducting comparative tests using both five-layer tubes and ABL( Aluminum barrier laminated) tubes. These materials have better compatibility, which may help prevent the essential oils from seeping through and reduce the risk of oxidation, thus ensuring optimal product preservation. We also assured the client that we could provide Skincare Tube samples tailored to their specific testing requirements. Whether this suggestion will work or not, we are still waiting for the testing results.
At Auber, our approach to client collaboration is centered on in-depth communication. We take the time to fully understand our clients' needs and concerns, meticulously analyze the root causes of their issues, and offer well-reasoned, professional recommendations.
